On behalf of the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Education Foundation, Inc. and the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., I warmly welcome you to our website. It is an honor to serve as Foundation Chairman and extend my deepest gratitude to my fellow board members for their time and expertise in supporting our mission.
The Foundation is committed to expanding our vision for scholarships, academic achievement, resources, and services, and I am excited to work alongside our board to implement several key initiatives that will enhance our impact in Prince George’s County and beyond.
To achieve this, we will focus on revitalizing and expanding the following areas:
- Strengthening Program Committees’ Policies and Procedures,
- Enhancing and Expanding Youth Development Programs,
- Strengthening corporate and individual charitable fundraising efforts by developing a comprehensive fundraising framework for the Foundation and all Committees, and
- Identifying and securing a multi-purpose facility for KELEF and additional activities.
As I step into the role of Foundation Chairman, I am eager to collaborate with all of you to ensure that we continue serving our community effectively, always striving to improve and meet the needs of those we are dedicated to supporting.
We are deeply grateful for the leadership of our former board chairmen and members, whose guidance continued the groundwork laid for our future, emphasized accountability and professionalism, and directed us toward a bold new path.
