KELEF Scholarship Program
Scholarship is one of the principles of the Foundation. Since its inception, the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Education Foundation, Inc. in conjunction with the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. annually awards scholarships to students in Prince George’s County, Maryland. To date, nearly $300,000 has been awarded to encourage and assist students to attend and complete college.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Must be a resident of Prince George’s County.
- Must be a prospective graduate of an accredited high school, and must have applied to admission to an accredited Junior College or Four-Year College/University.
- Must have a minimum 2.2 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
- Children (biological or adopted), stepchildren or grandchildren of members of the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Chapter or Kappa Epsilon Lambda Education Foundation are INELIGIBLE for these scholarships.
